Department of Culture Arts & Leisure (DCAL) Event

 

Please see below agenda for Department of Culture, Arts and Leisure event to be held on Wednesday 8^th June 2005.

 

	MORNING	LUNCH	AFTERNOON	EVENING
Wednesday 8th June Belfast (for any early arrivals)	Free	12:30 – 2.00 Lunchtime reception and talk on Belfast murals hosted by hosted by DCAL- Belfast	2.00 – 5.30 Bus trip taking in a guided walking tour of Stormont and guided bus tour of Ballybeen and Ardoyne, pointing out murals and hearing about life in these communities from a local person’s perspective (bus journey to Derry lasts approximately 1 ¾ Hours)	5.30 – 6.00 Bus to Derry City from Belfast – there will be a cost for the bus tour around Belfast and bus journey to Derry City. We are doing our best to keep costs down!!

Attention!! If you would like to register for the ‘lunch & talk’, by DCAL (at their offices) and after a tour of Stormont buildings and bus tour of Belfast community murals, please email Frances at f.mulholland@nilga.org. There are limited numbers for this event so it is advisable to book early to avoid disappointment!!

There will be a charge. It is expected that each person will pay approximately £13.00 per person. This includes lunch & talk, tour of Stormont and community murals and travel to Derry City.
