Learning Community Web-based "Community of Prosperous Communities" A national learning community will be created among participating communities. Communities will have access to information, action plans, learning, and progress of other participating communities, and reports on the progress and momentum toward new national approaches that emerge as a result of the cumulative community-to-policy planning and implementation. Other resources, articles, newsletters, special events announcements, and links relevant to creating prosperous communities will also be available. "Prosperous Community" listserve An email forum will be available for participating communities to share their questions, learning, progress, resources, and ideas with each other and for pooling results to expand/enhance the national effort. Public Web Space Public areas on the web site will summarize key learning and progress for anyone interested, thereby extending local learning and progress to a broader, perhaps global, audience.
