A web-based "community of prosperous communities" will be launched here, as communities participate in the program to support a nationwide learning community. Information sharing among communities about their experiences, challenges, community conferences, results, and follow-on work will be accessible to participating communities and general information about experiences and results will be accessible to the general public.
